Hello!
I'm Molly Jett - a proud Chinese American who moved back home in January 2023 to Louisville, Kentucky to tell stories for WDRB News. Not too long ago, I was working as a multi-skilled journalist and fill-in anchor for 13WMAZ in Macon, Georgia. I graduated from Bellarmine University with a Master of Science in Digital Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Design Art and Technology in 2020. I've traveled and studied around the world, so now I'm ready to go where life takes me!

I have chosen a career in communications because I have a strong passion for writing, networking, and storytelling. The most rewarding parts of my job are being able to meet people in my community and make a connection with them. My love for writing and sharing the truth, and my eagerness to connect with others is what prompted me to follow my dreams and make an impact in the news industry. My goal is to make a difference by giving a voice to those who have none, and hopefully right some wrongs.

Before joining the WDRB news team, I worked for 13WMAZ in Macon, Georgia. During my time at 13WMAZ, I had extensive practice in crafting story pitches, working with photojournalists, and writing scripts and turning it all around in the knick of time. No matter what the message is, it's my job to tell all of the sides and I take pride in doing just that.
